Gerry McAvoy (Bass/Vocals) has led Band Of Friends since it's inception in 2012.

After sadly losing Ted McKenna in January 2019, Gerry has decided to continue celebrating Rory's music with this new lineup.

Gerry, of course, played with Rory Gallagher for 20 Years from 1971-1991 and has appeared on every recording within those years including the iconic Irish Tour '74, Tattoo, Deuce and Calling Card. Gerry is an actual living legend

Gerry will be joined by Brendan O'Neill on drums. Brendan played with Rory Gallagher for 10 years 1981-1991. Later joining British R&B band Nine Below Zero.

Paul Rose ( Guitar) Winner of the Fender sponsored guitar competition selected by Rory Gallagher out of 1000 guitarists. Winner of best UK guitarist 2 years running.

Stephan Graf (Guitar/Vocals) first heard and has been inspired by Rory Gallagher since he was 9 years old. Taking up the guitar he went on to form a tribute to Rory Gallagher. Since then he has toured most of Europe with his band Double Vision and they have released rocking blues albums that are critically acclaimed.
