In Ireland psychobilly was an underground music that came out from the 80s rock n roll revival...... The Meteors... Shakin Stephens.. Stray cats...and lots more. 

The Klingonz, The Culprits and Spellbound have all been going since the 80s. They are they pioneers of the Irish psychobilly scene. All bands have released many albums and toured the world in those years. The Klingonz are known for their theatrical live shows really adding the horror to the psychobilly vibe. The Culprits are more laid back, more your Marlon Brando 'Wild Things' kinda cool vibe. Spellbound are noted for their high octane legendary live shows especially the now famous South American shows. 

Point break are an instrumental American surf band. The Tommy Guns are a young Carlow psychobilly band playing their own originals.

This is going to be a night for sweaty jive dancing, overdriven guitars, big quiffs, weird and wild clothing, makeup and props – blood and skeletons welcome. It should be fast and loud, exciting and fun.
