About Shane Hennessy: Shane Hennessy is a virtuoso finger-style guitarist and composer from Carlow, Ireland. His energetic contemporary guitar playing style and his cinematically vivid compositions tie in multiple influences from various world and ethnic musics. He has caught the attention of big names like guitar legend Tommy Emmanuel and super-producer Nile Rodgers (CHIC). His background in Irish traditional music has created a solid base for his genre-defying musical explorations. Achievements to date include a sold-out solo show in The National Concert Hall in Dublin, a headline billing at the Guitar Festival of Ireland, a feature on the St Patrick's Day mainstage in Dublin, solo tours of Europe, the US, and Russia, and an appearance at the prestigious Music City Irish Fest in Nashville, Tennessee. He has released two albums of original music to date; â€ËœZephyrus' (2015) and â€ËœMarrakech' (2017), and works frequently as a songwriter and as a session musician in Ireland. About Clive Carroll: English guitar phenomenon Clive Carroll's masterful compositions, coupled with his versatility and unparalleled technical virtuosity, have rendered him one of today's most admired and respected guitarists. Clive has established himself as one of the world's premier acoustic guitar players. He has toured across Europe, Australia, the Middle East and North America, garnering praise for his sublime performances of everything from 16th and 17th century lute music to Jazz standards, Blues, Irish reels and his own groundbreaking compositions. Lauded guitarist Tommy Emmanuel has also taken Clive on the road, and similar nods to Clive's musicianship have been given by everyone from classical guitarist John Williams to Madonna, Guy Ritchie, Michelin award-winning chef Jean-Christophe Novelli, and the Sultanate of Oman. To date, Clive has released four solo albums; â€Å“Sixth Senseâ€Â, â€Å“The Red Guitarâ€Â (which Tommy Emmanuel cites as one of his desert island discs!), â€Å“Life in Colourâ€Â and "The Furthest Tree". Clive has also written music for television and film, most notably composing the music for the film â€Å“Driving Lessonsâ€Â, which features Julie Walters and Rupert Grint of Harry Potter fame. Clive newest CD, â€Å“The Furthest Treeâ€Â, was released in May 2016 and is already being hailed as some of his finest work to date
