Rock Royalty comes to The Barrel Venue in the form of Rob Strong and his Band. 

Rob is Ireland's Godfather of Soul and Blues. Approached to join Deep Purple, playing with Johnny Logan, Chad Smith the legendary drummer from The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, played on Rob's album "Hurricane Room" in 1992 and being the father of Andrew Strong, this guy has seen and done it all. 

Rob still has that unique distinctive world class voice today, that mesmerised audiences all those years ago. Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Phil Coulter, Paul Brady, Don Baker, Paddy Cole, Brush Shiels, Mary Coughlan, DJ Dave FanniNg, Fr. Brian D' Arcy, Barry Devlin from Horslips and Thin Lizzy guitarist Eric Bell all count themselves as fans of Rob Strong and so too will you.
