Friday 3rd June - Doors Doors 9pm
Tickets: € 11.00
As part of K-Fest Music and the Arts Festival we are delighted to start the weekend off with a bit of laughter with Bernard Casey supporting Joe Rooney. Bernard Casey, a Stand Up comic from Portmagee has been writing and performing Stand Up comedy for 3 years, and been a regular in many renowned clubs supporting many of your fave Irish comedians. Stand up comedian, voice over artist, writer and actor, Joe Rooney has many strings to his huge and accomplished bow. In Father Ted he was the unforgettable rebel priest Father Damo who uttered the memorable line, â€Å“Who do you prefer, Blur or Oasis?â€Â From Killunaskully, to a regular slot on Newstalk's breakfast show, and other acting roles he is sure to entertain. His charismatic stand-up style is a mixture of hilarious observations on modern Ireland (from multiculturalism to alternative medicine) and rip-roaringly funny musical parodies. The show begins at 9.30pm and dinner is available beforehand for both concert goers and non concert goers. Dinner Bookings recommended & must be made by contacting us: 066-9762347 / Email: info@solysombra.ie
