We know how frustrating it is when an event you're looking forward to is cancelled or postponed, so we'll let you know as soon as a cancellation or postponement is confirmed to us by the venue or event organiser. This notification will be sent to the email address you provided while purchasing your ticket.

Sometimes it's not possible to reach everyone when an event is cancelled at the last minute, but we'll do our best to inform you and to make sure the venue or event organiser takes every possible step to let you know before you head out.

If an event is cancelled we usually refund & cancel the ticket automatically, if it's postponed tickets are usually valid for the new date.

Don't panic - and don't order again until you've worked out whether the first transaction went through successfully.

The easiest way to check whether your transaction went through is to click on ‘reprint tickets’ enter your reference number & the email address used while purchasing the ticket(s), from here you can see details of the ticket(s) you've bought and re-send confirmation emails to yourself.

If you did not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folders as it may have been filtered there. To make sure you receive important emails from us please add tickets@ticketstop.ie to your Contact List or Safe Sender/White List.

You can pay for your tickets using a wide range of credit or debit cards. We currently accept: PayPal, Visa Credit, Visa Debit / Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. Unfortunately we can't accept payments made by cheque, Cash or American Express.

We use a secure payment server to process your payments, which ensures that all transactions are as secure as possible.
