Purchase policy

Ticketstop.ie are agents selling tickets on behalf of promoters and venues. We neither arrange the events, venues or seating layouts which are completely managed by the promoter or venue owner/manager. Prices are determined solely by the promoter.

Purchases are always subject to your PayPal account, credit or debit card being authorised by the issuer. Non authorisation will result in the purchase transaction being rejected by Ticketstop.ie.

No transaction is complete until the card issuer or PayPal approves payment. If you do not receive a confirmation page then your transaction has not been concluded.

Your ticket(s) will be issued to you in the form of an e-ticket immediately upon completion and authorisation of the payment section of our site.

Always keep the order form as proof of purchase. We can only discuss your ticket purchase if you have your reference number and the details of the PayPal account, credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. If you misplace your ticket(s) you can reprint it/them using the following link: http://www.ticketstop.ie/recover.php

Events can get cancelled or rescheduled. Before we can refund you the face value of your ticket we must be authorised to do so by the event promoter or the party whom contracted Ticketstop.ie to act as their selling agent.

If a cancellation situation should arise, a refund will be issued to the PayPal account, credit or debit card on which the purchase was made, within 14 days of the event being cancelled.

Electronic scanning devices are now used to ensure the validity of all tickets. Once your ticket has been scanned for admission to the event it cannot be used for entry by another party. These tickets will be flagged and admission will be refused. If you buy your ticket from an unauthorised source it will be rejected at the event.

Ticketstop.ie are merely the ticket agent and accept no responsibility for any acts or omissions related to the event. By using our service you indemnify Ticketstop.ie against all losses or claims. We are merely a ticket agent. Be clear that we do not run any events and as such have and take no responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage of property or person at any event which you may have acquired your tickets for through our website or outlets.

Any transactions or group of transactions, be them accepted or declined, that are deemed fraudulent will be passed on to relevant legal authorities along with all data we collect about the movements and transactions in questions.
